Who we are

www.missan.ai is the website of Missan AI, the AI solutions brand of Missan Global. Missan Global is the trading name of MISSAN COMPUTER L.L.C.SP, a company based in Sharjah, UAE. MISSAN COMPUTER L.L.C.SP is the controller of the personal data described on this page: it decides why and how that data is used.

What we collect when you send the enquiry form

The AI Opportunity Audit form on this site asks for:

• your name and work email address (required, so we can reply);
• your company name and a phone or WhatsApp number (both optional);
• a message about what you would like AI to do for your business (optional).

Lead-source data. With those details, the form records the page you sent it from and which form you used. It also sends campaign and referral data about how you first reached this site in that browser tab: the campaign tags in the link you followed (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content), a Google Ads click identifier (gclid) if you came from one of our adverts, the address of the website that referred you, and the first page you landed on. Your browser keeps this in its session storage (not a cookie) until you close the tab, and it leaves your device only if you send the form. We use it to see which pages, campaigns and adverts bring enquiries.

Your enquiry is created as a lead in our service-management platform (PSA), where our sales team picks it up. We use it to reply to you, to arrange the audit or conversation you asked for, and to keep a record of our discussion with you. Our legal basis is that you asked us to contact you, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

If you contact us another way

If you email, call or WhatsApp us, we receive the details you choose to share and may record them against an enquiry in the same way. A WhatsApp conversation also passes through WhatsApp, a Meta service, under WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy. This website has no live-chat widget, and it uses no Meta Pixel or other Meta/Facebook tracking.

Cookies and tracking

This site carries the Missan Global Google tag, the same one www.missanglobal.com uses, so visits and enquiries across the Missan group websites are measured together in one Google Analytics report and one Google Ads account. It loads:

• Google Analytics (GA4), to understand how visitors use the site: the pages viewed, the device and browser, the approximate location (country or city), and how the visit started. IP addresses are anonymised.
• Google Ads conversion tracking, to measure whether a visit that began with one of our adverts led to an enquiry form being sent or to a WhatsApp or phone link being clicked.

What is switched on depends on where you are:

• Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) are active by default for every visitor.
• Advertising cookies (Google Ads) are denied by default for visitors in the European Union, the rest of the European Economic Area (Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway), the United Kingdom and Switzerland, and are not set for them; Google is also told not to use their data for advertising. For visitors elsewhere they are active by default, and we use them only to measure whether our advertising led to an enquiry.
• Ad personalisation is switched off for every visitor. We do not use these cookies to personalise the adverts you see, or to follow you with adverts on other sites.

The cookies involved, with Google's default lifetimes:

YouTube videos. Some pages show a video from our YouTube channel. Nothing is loaded from YouTube until you click play; the video then plays from youtube-nocookie.com, Google's privacy-enhanced mode, under Google's privacy policy (opens in a new tab), and we record in Google Analytics that the video was played.

How to opt out. Blocking these cookies does not stop the enquiry form, WhatsApp or phone links from working.

• Block or delete cookies in your browser's settings at any time, or browse in a private window.
• Install Google's Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on (opens in a new tab).
• Manage or turn off how Google uses your information for advertising in Google Ads Settings (My Ad Center) (opens in a new tab).

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your personal data, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing. Your enquiry is seen by the Missan Global staff who need it to reply to you and to deliver what you ask for. Beyond them, we share personal data only with:

• the providers that run parts of this service for us: Microsoft Azure, which hosts this website and its enquiry endpoint; our service-management platform (PSA), where enquiries are recorded and answered; and Google, for the analytics and advertising measurement described above;
• authorities, where the law requires it.

Some of these providers may process data outside the UAE. We use established providers that give contractual data-protection commitments.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries are kept in our service-management platform for as long as we need them to reply to you, to deliver and support any work that follows, and to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations. After that they are deleted or anonymised. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.
• Analytics data is kept by Google Analytics for the retention period set in our Google Analytics account, then deleted by Google. Cookie lifetimes are in the table above.
• Campaign and referral data stays in your browser's session storage only until you close the tab. If you send the enquiry form, it becomes part of your enquiry and is kept with it.

Your rights under the UAE PDPL

We handle personal data in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and, for visitors they cover, the EU and UK GDPR. You can ask us to:

• tell you whether we hold personal data about you, and give you a copy of it with an explanation of how we use it;
• correct data that is wrong or incomplete;
• delete your data;
• restrict or stop a particular use of it, including any direct marketing;
• send your data to you, or to another organisation, in a structured, commonly used format.

How to make a request. Email ai@missanglobal.com with the subject "Privacy request". Say which right you want to use, and include the email address or phone number you contacted us from so we can find your records. We may ask you to confirm your identity before we act, and we reply within the time the law allows.

If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the UAE Data Office or, in the EU, the UK or Switzerland, to your local data-protection authority.

Security

The whole site, including the enquiry form, uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), and enquiry records are kept in a system that only authorised staff can access. No method of sending data over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This website is for businesses. It is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.

Changes to this policy

If we change how this site uses personal data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
